Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure fair scheduling, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% of the service cost fee. Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment can be done through phone, email, or online portal. In case of an emergencies we can offer flexibility for genuine, unforeseen circumstances on a case by case basis. Please be assured that the Cancellation or No-Show policy is consistently enforced for all clients. All clients will be asked to sign a written agreement, stating that they understand and agree to the policy.
